This product seeks to equip young people with knowledge and skills so they are able to excel in career development. The programmes here target students from primary school to higher institutions of learning.They include topics like Goal setting, Goal setting, Self Esteem, Peer influence/friendship, Problem solving, Conflict resolution,Time management, Balancing school life, Personal development/Talent, co-curricular, Spiritual nourishment, subject selection,how to study among others. The programmes are implemented as requested by the schools and the need realized.

2. Organisational development

Beulah is committed to ensuring human resource and structural organizational development in the work environment. We offer tailor made services to employees and employers in the schools, hospitals, churches, and Government and Non Government organizations. We offer training and consultancy services in recruitment,Employee  satisfaction and motivation, Financial management, Entrepreneurship, Balancing work and social life, Managing change in the organizations, Stress management, Goal setting, Customer care.

3. Life skills Development programmes

The main life skills we offer are divided self, relational and vocational life skills.
